In my journey from Musical Theatre Actress to UX Designer, I've discovered an unexpected connection between the two worlds. At their core, they’re both empathetic and research-driven storytellers. As an actress, I spent over a decade crafting captivating performances through empathy and research, using these principles to embody characters and understand their behaviors, goals and frustrations. Now as a UX Designer, I use these same principles to understand and advocate for the needs and pain points of the end user, generating creative & human-centered solutions that elevate both brands/products and the people who engage with them.
